Joining the Auckland team, Freddie Robertson and Ryan Teece brought their energy and determination, enriching our endeavours, in what was arguably one of the toughest selling markets Auckland has seen in 20+ years. Further south, strengthening our roots, Wanaka local Sara Cleugh and Dunedin legend Kay Lucas joined forces, solidifying WHITEFOX’’s credibility and influence across the region.
The unveiling of our first NZ auctions in Tenby St, Wanaka, and Bayfield Road, Ponsonby, under the expert call of our CEO Marty Fox, marked significant achievements. With both properties selling and drawing large profile in their respective markets, this further underscored our team’s ability to do things others don’t or won’t do, to drive home results to exceed client expectations.
As we step into 2024, the momentum only intensifies. With the addition of Michelle Mccormack to the Queenstown crew, a new office in Wanaka, and a multitude of luxury property listings spanning Freeman’s Bay, Ponsonby, Coatesville, Wanaka, and Queenstown coming to market, our track record and presence continues to build reach – with a number of exciting announcements to come.
The inauguration of our third office, nestled in Wanaka’s main street, is the next exciting development for our local agency and will provide locals with a place to meet the team and discover how WHITEFOX approach the marketing and sale of their luxury assets.
As we reflect on our journey, we are filled with pride and gratitude for the remarkable achievements of the past 365 days. The WHITEFOX team in New Zealand couldn’t be more excited to continue to work with and represent some of the best clients and property the country has to offer.
From all of us at WHITEFOX, thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Here’s to many more years of collaboration, success, growth, and industry influence.
